Success Story: Wynn Tech Inc.
Through a joint effort with Tim Keohane at the Lock Haven Small Business Development Center, the SEDA-COG Business Finance Program on behalf of the County of Clinton was able to assist Brian D. Wynn of Wynn Tec, Inc. with two $350,000 Clinton County Revolving Loan Fund loans for the refinance of real estate and equipment for his business. The loans were approved by the Clinton County Loan Administration Board on September 14, 2018.
Wynn Tec, Inc. was started by Brian Wynn in 2015, although it should be noted that the operation started as a sole proprietorship: Brian Wynn DBA Wynn Tec Consulting. In reality, the operation actually has its roots starting back to 2006. The operation specializes in rebuilding, modifying, and repairing heavy equipment. The operation specializes in servicing equipment manufactured by Roadtec and Iron Power House Equipment. Besides construction vehicles, Wynn Tec also performs work on recycling equipment. Such equipment includes compactors, balers, shredders, and sheers.
This refinance project allowed Mr. Wynn to bring back four employees that he had to lay-off prior to the refinancing with Jersey Shore State Bank.
With a deep desire to continue business in Clinton County, the loans from the County of Clinton and the Clinton County Revolving Loan Fund and in conjunction with the funds from Jersey Shore State Bank in Bellefonte, Brian Wynn is currently achieving his dreams.
